On Wednesday, my latest mix was played on Proton Radio as part of this month's Pacific Front Sessions. For those of you that missed it, I will be posting that mix in my music section within the next few days.
Shortly thereafter I will be posting the first episode of my new Home with House podcast. It will, of course, feature the new deep house mix I've been working on for the past couple of weeks. I know I've been saying the new podcast is "coming" for a few posts now, but it really is. I've been working on it either in website modifications, mix preparations, discussion planning or logo design for weeks now. Preparations for that have actually been going well, so it won't be long now.
Everything else is going well. I've done a few tweaks throughout the website in the last couple of days. Again, as with the changes last time, it's not much that is noticeable except that the mix downloads in the Music section now have comments where you can leave feedback (so if you listen to the mixes, please do) and there is also a bit of a DJ Velvety bio now posted on the About page. I used the same bio that was posted on the Proton Radio website last week for my mix.
Most of the updates have been small textual ones to try and make my site be the number one result on Google for "DJ Velvety" searches again. Since being on Proton Radio, that site's posting of me has been returned as the number one result. I know I can snag that position back again though, and hopefully that will be fulfilled within a few days. Anyways, stay tuned for the new mix postings that are coming soon.
