My birthday was great! Asuka took me to Butchart Gardens for the day, and we had tons of fun. It had been about two years since my last visit, and this time it was bright, sunny and full of vibrance. What a great opportunity to take some photos, and boy did I ever! I think my camera had about 500 photos on it when I came home that day.
Later that night my dad took me out for dinner with my sister. We stuffed ourselves with Japanese food until we could barely walk home. All in all, it was an awesome birthday. Taking the day off work was definitely a good idea.
With all the photos I took at the gardens, it's about time for a new photo post. So I've gone through and picked out some of my favourites. The following are five posts of vibrant Butchart Gardens:
